Attention grabber!

On Monday, Anne and I helped out Angie and Blake by watching their two kids for the afternoon.  Even with eight kids under our care, Avery seemed to steal the show!

She had no clue she was much younger than those big girls and wanted to be right there in the mix.  She even managed to get my 90 pound Lab under her spell!
Being a big girl is so much fun!
Now, what do I do with this?
Oh, throw the ball.
Maggie, sit!
Hey Maggie!  I got your ball thrower!
Love how Maggie is just sitting and waiting for Avery to use the Chuck-it!

After playing outside, it was time for dress-up and Little Miss just had to get in on the fun.
Looking adorable in Charlotte's dance costume
My future's so bright...
She may not have any hair upon that sweet little head of hers, but she sure does have some stunning eyelashes!
Aunt B, don't make fun of my hair!
I am just too cute for words.
And a total ham, too!
You talkin' to me?
Just call me Princess Avery

So happy to be with Aunt B.
Avery, really, you like me!  Where is that adorable smile!?

Our First "Real" Shoe Shopping Experience

This afternoon Dearie and I took the kids to Greenwoods to get some real shoes. I am hoping that the fancy shoes will help Riggs start walking. Avery had a field day looking at all the shoes - but especially playing with the floor to ceiling mirrors.

Rub a dub dub, three kids in a tub

This evening we had cousin Chloe over for some afternoon fun with Aunt Angie and Aunt Eryn. I am pretty sure the kiddos had a FABULOUS time!

(and yes somehow my preemie twins are just about the same size as cousin Chloe who is 4 months older!)

Tiger or Wildcat?

Anne and the twins came over to visit this afternoon and I got some adorable shots of the twins...as usual!
Born to be a Tiger!
Me too!
Naaaah.  I'm a Wildcat!  Take these off!
Traitor.
What?! I'm not the sassiest girl in the house?
Whoa!  Hard to keep your balance when you look this cool.
Hey Maggie, let's go on a hunt.

So thankful

For Dearie, Taunte Clair, Auntie and Aunt B. Y'all made this week so easy for me while Tim was in Baltimore. These babies don know how lucky they are to hve such wonderful people in their lives!

I got a picture of Riggs hanging in his chair from Auntie.

The kids enjoyed playing the piano at Auntie's!!

Down da Bayou fun

We all went Down da Bayou for Ryker's first birthday.  While Anne helped Kelly with setting up for the party and Tim went golfing, the twins hung out with me, my girls, and my 3 nieces.  They had a blast!

Aunt B, I will walk to that street!  You can't stop me!

Double the trouble

Friday morning I watched the twins while Anne ran a quick errand (and for those of you wondering if she ever helps me out...she does.  That afternoon, in fact.  She just doesn't blog about it!).  Anne wasn't gone for two seconds before Avery and Riggs were up on our mini trampoline.

Double the trouble!
Can we jump like the big girls?
Please Aunt B!
Try to say no to my big, bright eyes.
This is so much fun!
And boy does it feel good on the gums.
Good idea Riggs.
What?! It's not for teething?

Diva in training

It is no secret that my girls are mini divas and it seems Miss Avery is following in their footsteps!  Sorry Anne and Tim!

Avery walked from the kitchen to the play room where my girls were playing.  When she got there, she proceed to shut the door in my face!
Stay out Aunt B.  Little Divas only!
