Buynny
We recently got all 3 kids new bunny rabbit lovies - pink ones for Avery and Evelyn, and a blue one for Riggs. Avery long ago lost interest in lovies, but Riggs has not - and Evelyn is absolutely infatuated with them. She literally won't let you walk away from her crib unless you pick each one of them up first, and then she shoves each one into your face so you can kiss them all. Unfortunately for Riggs, she seems to like his lovies most - especially his blue bunny (she only has a passing interest in her own pink bunny) - putting him in the position of being old enough to know that he should share with his little sister, but on the short end of the stick because she hasn't quite learned the "sharing" routine yet.
And bunny is also her favorite word right now, which is pretty adorable. "Buynny" over and over again, regardless if whether the bunny is in sight. Love this kid.

Reflections at Reach
Some how our time at Reach has come to an end. We are all very sad. Nine months goes by super fast. This journey has been amazing. Our children have learned more in less time than I could imagine possible. This past week we had reflections with each class. It was quite nice to be able to focus on just Avery on Wednesday and then just Riggs on Friday.

Riggs. Our All Star.
For the past few weeks repeat Riggs has been saying "when will daddy take off my training wheels?!" "I want to play tennis, can you get me a tennis racket?!" When this boy wants something he is relentless.
So last week I bought the kids rackets. Obviously Avery can't participate but Riggs has been all over it. Our neighbor Carson showed Riggs how to hit the ball. Of course it came naturally to him!
I signed him up for Saturday mining lessons at Oakbourne. He LOVED it! He said he lost because he didn't get it over the net...but that he would keep practicing! Love his spirit.
Well this morning he insisted that Tim take off the training wheels. Tim did and of course within five minutes Riggs was riding with no training wheels!!! We are so proud of him!
