After a very relaxing Valentine's Day we decided we should in fact go out to dinner. Tim called the concierge to see if he could get reservations at Edith's, well it was a 9:45PM reservation. We took it. Tim suggested I get a nap in :) before dinner.
We had a fabulous time at dinner. The atmosphere is very unique and very lively! They obviously don't get rain in these parts often because the restaurant is made up of open air huts. They have beautiful lanterns hanging to add to the atmosphere.
Tuna Tartar appetizer
The Special of the evening: Lobster, Fish of the Day (Tuna) and the largest shrimp I have ever seen!
Tim also ordered the special but with the steak instead. You can imagine we were quite full after dinner!
Not sure that Tim planned this ;) but the mariachi band did serenade us!

I want to hire a mariachi band to just follow me around all day. My life would be lots more festive;)
That tuna tartare looks like it was pretty excellent. Was it better than the tuna stack?
